Chromebook Distribution for Remote Learning/Distribución de Chromebook para Aprendizaje Remoto

Alert: Chromebook Distribution for Remote Learning

DPS will begin Remote Learning on April 7.  To ensure all families have access to the resources they need for their children to be successful we will be distributing Chromebooks to all 1st – 5th grade students on Wednesday, March 25 12:00 – 4:00 and Thursday, March 26 10:00 – 2:00.  See the note below on our plan for distributing Chromebooks.

** Xfinity is providing free internet access through wifi hotspots and certain home-based programs: https://www.internetessentials.com/

Denver has announced a Stay-At-Home Order, requiring everyone to remain in their home until April 10 except for “essential” needs – getting food, traveling to work, or emergencies.   Picking up Chromebooks for your child’s education is allowable under the order, as is picking up food at the district’s breakfast and lunch distribution locations – Valverde & Lincoln High School.

DPS comenzará el Aprendizaje Remoto el 7 de abril.
