Ms. Vallot is originally from southwestern Louisiana. She received her BA from Ohio State University in 2010. Ms. Vallot fell in love with teaching while studying in China, where she spent her spare time volunteering as an ESL teacher. This inspired her to join the Peace Corps and become an ESL teacher in Catamayo, Ecuador, and later to teach ESL in Taichung, Taiwan. She eventually returned home to Louisiana, where she taught for 6 years. Ms. Vallot has recently moved to Colorado and is excited to become part of the Knapp team. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
