Kindergarten Return to in-person and virtual learning
Posted 09/25/2020
Kindergarten students registered for In-Person Learning will begin returning to school in small groups (about half the students) so students and parents can learn the new health and safety protocols necessary to be able to ensure as safe a learning environment as possible. I am proud to introduce Ms. Foley and Ms. Eckes who will be teaching In-Person Kindergarten and Ms. Lucini and Ms. Ramirez who will be teaching the 100% Virtual Kindergarten.
On Monday, September 28 there will be NO CLASSES (In-Person or Virtual) for any Kindergarten classes. Teachers will be making final preparations for their new classes.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, September 29 & 30, Kindergarten students registered for In-Person Learning with a last name that begins with A-M will attend school 9:00 – 3:30. Students whose last name begins with N-Z will not have any work on those days.
On Thursday and Friday, October 1 & 2, Kindergarten students registered for In-Person Learning with a last name that begins with N-Z will attend school 9:00 – 3:30. Students whose last name begins with A-M will not have any work on those days.
Beginning the week of October 5 ALL Kindergarten students registered for In-Person Learning will have normal schooling from 9:00 – 3:30 daily.
Throughout the week of September 28 parents of Kindergarten students registered for 100% Virtual Learning will be contacted by their child’s new teacher to set up times for an introduction, an orientation and clarification of the schedules, expectations and routines for virtual learning.
If you have any questions please reach out to Ms. Foley or Ms. Eckes for more information, or contact the front office.
